Located at 55 East Washington Street in the heart of Chicago’s Loop, the historic Pittsfield Building is undergoing a significant transformation from office space into a vibrant residential community. Originally completed in 1927 and designed by Graham, Anderson, Probst & White, the 38-story Chicago Landmark is being reimagined to bring new life to one of the city’s most recognizable buildings.

The project will convert previously vacant office space into 214 residential units, including a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. The redevelopment also introduces new amenities and outdoor spaces, including an observation deck, while preserving the character and architectural significance of the landmark building.
