The earlier we’re involved, the more opportunities there are to influence a project. Encore works closely with owners, architects, and consultants to understand the design from a construction perspective, identify where decisions need more consideration, and work through the implications for budget and schedule.

Preconstruction gives us time to dig into the details and find better ways forward before construction begins. We study how the design will translate to the site, test approaches against the budget and schedule, and work through anything that could create friction once construction starts.

Encore takes an active role in connecting the people responsible for bringing a project together. We work directly with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners throughout construction, creating strong partnerships and keeping communication open as the project moves forward. Our close involvement keeps stakeholders aligned and creates an environment that promotes collaboration.

Once construction begins, Encore’s focus turns to the process of bringing the project to life. We stay deeply engaged in the field, collaborating with stakeholders, carefully reviewing the details of everything that’s built, and observing how decisions made today affect future outcomes.
