We value our team, clients and project partners recognizing that their contributions and satisfaction are essential to our success.

Innovative.
Impactful.
Bold.

Construction is a business of decisions. The quality of the work depends on how those decisions are made, and how early the right people are a part of making them. At Encore, we believe the best decisions result from understanding the entire project down to its core. And that starts early.

We get involved while the design is taking shape, when there is still time to understand the intent, test what is possible, and bring the realities of construction into the conversation. We give all of our attention to every project, because that is where judgment gets sharper and where critical details of a project start to reveal themselves.

This philosophy has shaped how we build our teams. We give our people the context to understand the job thoroughly and the responsibility to act on what they see. We expect them to be curious about the reasons behind a decision, because understanding those reasons gives us a better chance of making the next one well.

It’s easy to get distracted by the thought of winning an award or posing for a ribbon cutting a year from now, but that couldn’t be further from who we are or why we’re here.

We’re a tight-knit, talented team of forward thinkers and experienced doers, and we’re here to deliver tangible value for our partners by elevating the construction process.

Our name comes from what we hope happens next.
Company Values
Encore team reviewing project quality

01 Quality

The high standards we set for our projects can only be achieved if we care deeply about how we get there. At Encore, sharp attention to the process gives our people the time and perspective to make informed decisions along the way, and those decisions show up in the finished project.

02 Safety

Safety is not optional at Encore. It drives every decision we make on a project, from planning the job to managing the day-to-day. Everyone is expected to play a role in keeping the people around them safe, and they know that.

03 Teamwork

We talk a lot about how much we value our people, and we mean it. But it’s when those people come together that Encore is at its best. Our teams put the mission first, lift up the people around them and don’t leave the room until the problem is solved.

04 Integrity

Delivering the truth about a job can be uncomfortable at times, but that doesn’t change whether or not we tell it. Integrity is the glue that holds Encore together. If all we’re known for is honesty, transparency and being the kind of partner you can trust to solve your toughest problem, we’d be happy with that.
