This mixed-use development in Lincoln Park features residential units, retail space, a rooftop terrace, and a fitness center - all in a prime location near dining, shopping, and recreation.

At the intersection of Clark Street and Wrightwood Avenue in Lincoln Park, 606 W Wrightwood replaces a long-vacant, single-story commercial property with a five-story residential presence in one of Chicago's most established neighborhoods.
Encore is building the 63,287-square-foot mixed-use development, bringing 66 new residential units and ground-floor retail to a well-connected stretch of Clark Street. Working alongside SEEK Design + Architecture and Pappageorge Haymes Partners, the scope includes a ground-floor lobby, fitness center, rooftop terrace, and retail space. Turning a long-vacant corner into a fully amenitized residential building meant coordinating closely with the design team from the ground up. Construction began in 2026, giving the neighborhood a new destination where an empty lot once sat.
