This course will assist you in developing low cost recruitment strategies, will teach you various interview theories and techniques, and will enable you to develop selection strategies to optimize your organization's success. This course will identify the key features of a wide range of benefit plans and explain how an organization's total compensation system promotes the firm. Last, the small business owner will learn how to develop a winning Mission Statement, and how to use the organization's goals in developing consistent procedures and policies of the firm.
