| ENCORE is proud to be a former corporate partner of the Montgomery County's exciting new venture, the Montgomery Works One Stop Career Transition Center (CTC). The CTC was established by the County in 1999 to offer comprehensive services to job seekers and employers, from a central location. The CTC is located in the Wheaton Plaza South building on Viers Mill Road. |  |
As a former corporate partner, ENCORE interviewed candidates and offered a variety of services, including assistance with resume development, career counseling, referrals, and job placement. ENCORE's participation in the CTC is a reflection of the firm's dedication and commitment to working with the County and local businesses to create a strong workforce within Montgomery County. ENCORE continues to offer support, and is an active participant in the CTC programs. | |
