Welcome to the General Participant registration site. Please follow the three easy steps to completing the registration process.

STEP ONE: Make Your Travel Arrangements
You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements. The workshop is scheduled for two (2) full days and the recommended travel dates are as follows:

STEP TWO: Make Hotel Reservations

(1) Call Hilton Reservations at 800-445-8667 to reserve a room at the group rate of $149 per night (plus tax). (2) Identify yourself as a NIDA African Americans Research Development Workshop attendee.  (3) Provide the representative the hotel location and the group reservation code AAI.  (4) Provide the representative the dates of your arrival and departure, as well as your contact and credit card information.

Hotel reservations must be made no later than December 1, 2006.  The group rate for sleeping rooms is $149 per night (plus 12% tax) regardless of occupancy.  Reservations made after this date are subject to space- and  rate- availability. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy:  In order to cancel a hotel reservation without penalty, you must call the Hilton directly by 6:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival.  ENCORE will not be responsible for canceling your hotel reservations.

Flight and Ground Transportation:  Information on ground transportation and directions to the hotel may be obtained by clicking on Airport and Transportation Information.
